Hey everyone,
Welcome to 2021! A New Year is always an excellent opportunity to set some new goals, both personal and professional, and we’ve been busy working on ours! I think it’s safe to say that no one has been unaffected by the Global Pandemic that struck us last year; however, we can decide not to allow it to consume our every thought and dictate how we view this New Year.
During 2020 we had the opportunity to welcome many new clients to our client community. Nicholas and Jonathon had a great time working with several young couples buying their first home, which is always a great experience for both clients and us. It was not without challenges due to the ever-rising property prices in the GTA, but they got the job done to the delight of the clients. We always love working with repeat clients, and this past year was no exception. Several of our long-time clients decided to move and, thankfully as always, we were their first call. It truly isn’t like working when you’re dealing with clients you’ve known and built a great rapport with over the years. Although, sometimes we do feel old when the kids, who were babies when we first worked with their family, are now young adults! We would also like to congratulate our clients who welcomed new additions to their family and celebrated other milestones during 2020. A special shoutout to our clients who had their first baby on Christmas Day, what a gift! BTW we love receiving the Christmas Cards with the family photos, I remember trying to corral the boys for those when they were young.
Many of our clients invested in renovations and home improvements in 2020, and we loved seeing the photos and getting feedback about the various Tradespeople we referred to them, so keep them coming! We are fortunate, having been in this business for so many years, to have great connections to excellent Trades Professionals. Much to Bruce’s delight (lol), many of them have worked on my projects in our own home over the years! Remember, we will only refer people we have worked with personally or who have come highly recommended by our client community.
We are so grateful for your continued support and referrals that allow us to grow our business by building and maintaining relationships. Your trust and loyalty are our greatest accolades.
