As many of you already know, our recent project was a refresh of our pool. For many years we had used the same pool company but, when the owner retired, we have tried a few different local pool companies for a variety of services but just were not completely satisfied with their service. Fortunately for us, I popped by a long-time client last summer, and they had just had extensive work completed on their pool, and it looked amazing. So, I contacted Kris early this year to find out about their experience with the company they chose. I knew we would get an honest recommendation, and it worked out perfectly.
From our initial contact, Mirage Pools in Burlington have been great to deal with. They also put us in touch with a reliable contractor to re-do our spa stairs and coping, which badly needed a facelift! They always responded to emails or calls, showed up as scheduled, and the guys on site were professional and really pleasant to deal with. I know these qualities should be a given when you hire a company but, as we have all experienced, it’s not always the case!
The company Mirage referred to do our steps and copy was called VM Coatings, and they are one of only a handful of contractors who do this particular work. Hudson came, as scheduled, with his crew and performed the initial applications, and then Harley did the final coat seven days later. Our tired-looking white steps are now a deep blue and complement the liner perfectly. We are looking forward to making good use of our latest update!
