It’s one of our favourite times of the year and good to see people out shopping for their favourite people and getting together at their most loved restaurants. As many of you know, from following our social media, Nick recently celebrated his birthday and we enjoyed a fabulous meal and great service at Cafe Boulud in Toronto. I would highly recommend this trendy downtown eatery for the food and ambiance.
In Real Estate News for 2021, I’m sure everyone is well aware of the continuing Seller’s Market primarily due to the lack of supply to satisfy strong demand, so no need for us to reiterate what the news media keeps reminding us! It’s a great country we live in, so it stands to reason that we attract so many newcomers year after year. In other news, our Brokerage, Re/Max Escarpment has recently procured an office location in Oakville at 1320 Cornwall Road and we will be transferring as soon as it’s up and running. This will be another Luxury Office, similar to the one on Brant Street in Burlington. Needless to say we are delighted with our new commute!
We’ve been having fun decorating the house for Christmas as usual. Regrettably we will miss hosting you at our Annual Client Party but we will be popping by with some Holiday Cheer and treats for the kids. We will be continuing our traditional toy drive and hope you will participate. It’s been another challenging year for a lot of families so this is a great way to show you care.
