This great team handled both ends of our move to be closer to our children and grandchildren: sold this place in Guelph on Wednesday, helped us to purchase a new place in Oakville on Friday!
The whole team worked on this: on the selling end, Johnathon helped to analyze the data to get us to the right price and did the wonderful walk-through videos; Patricia put the lovely finishing touches into staging to highlight the unique features; Nicholas deftly handled the interactions with potential buyers and gave us his sage advice in nailing down the deal.
On the buying end, Bruce had patiently taken us through many possibilities in Oakville and Burlington prior to our own sale and guided us in defining the must-haves and nice-to-haves. Then when the right place came up we were the first ones to view it and won out with our quick offer – thanks to the sale in Guelph the day before :).
It’s easy to see why the Williams Family firm gets so much referral business from very satisfied customers…we signed on because of the way Bruce helped our son’s family to find their own spot in Oakville, and we’ll happily refer others to their services in future.
