As a result they lose touch with the market and more importantly fail to maintain a personal connection with their clients. They build layers of insulation (assistants) between them and their clients. Their assistants are typically new to the industry and lack experience and confidence in their abilities.  Furthermore, an assistant commonly lacks the motivation of the principle to do well for their clients.

First and foremost, we are a family. There is no hierarchy, we work with the collective goal of providing our clients with peerless service. Seeking to not merely satisfy or please you but to amaze you. As a family we have grown to support one another’s strengths and weaknesses. It is this bond which makes us far more capable than any of our competitors.
