The weather is heating up, and the real estate market remains hot. Based on figures released by The Oakville, Milton and District Real Estate Board (OMDREB), the number of all property sales increased by 17.35 per cent in March compared to the same period in 2016. A historic sales price trend chart also shows a price increase from $350,000 in January of 2016 to beyond $450,000 in January of 2017.
